Ajith in AKBAR:

		The much talked about Ajith starrer Akbar is to hit the floors in February ’08. This is Raju Sundaram’s directorial venture and much is expected out of this. Shriya was supposed to play the leading lady opposite Ajith, but for reasons best known to her she is no more a part of the Akbar’s team. Ajith, who has been changing his looks since Varalaru, is doing it again for Akbar. By losing weight tremendously, he has gained a youthful schoolboy appearance, similar to his looks in his earlier films like Aasai. This time, it is the opposite. Ajith will look slightly plump in Akbar. For this, he is working on increasing his weight a little bit to fit into the role.Andhra’s latest sensation Parvathi Melton has taken her place,
this buxom beauty is the most talked about heroine in Telugu films today. She was to make her entry into Tamil films with Unnale Unnale and even completed screen tests for the same but unfortunately she lost out to Sada,reasons they say were that she demanded a huge sum for that movie. Little did she know it would have cemented her place in the hearts of Tamil audience.
